About Us
Lynda is an independent consultant offering strategic service management consultancy and education. She draws on her experience in outsourcing and consultancy organisations where she has worked extensively on pre-sales and transition of large application management (AM)  and business process (BPO) outsourcing deals involving offshore working. Service management is critical to enabling successful design and delivery of outsourced IT and BPO Services and it is this expertise combined with the in depth understanding of the bid cycle and transition that enables Lynda to add value.

Lynda has extensive experience of building new multi disciplinary consultancy practices and as a global head of service management. She has managed 300+ staff in UK, India, Europe and USA and worked internationally including 6 months in the USA plus extensive work in Europe and India.

Lynda has industry recognition as a thought leader in Service Management. Her work culminated in the publication of the International Standard, ISO/IEC 20000 (referred to as ISO20000). A keen advocate of the pragmatic use of best practice, Lynda is active in industry forums and on conference platforms as well as in publications. She chairs the BSI committee and represents the UK on the ISO committee for IT Service Management as the Principal UK Expert. She is an ITIL® Master and assessor. Lynda is qualified as an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer.

Lynda set up Service 20000 in 2008 based close to London, England. Lynda has previously worked for:
